This notice covers taxguru.io, inquiries you send us, and our use of information to respond and coordinate introductions. Discovery questionnaires are provided through an embedded form hosted at app.sophicwealth.com. That application, your email provider, Linktree and social platforms may also process information under their own applicable notices. This website notice does not replace a professional provider’s engagement or privacy terms.
Information involved
- Information you provide: your name, email, optional phone number, messages and, if you complete discovery, the financial circumstances and planning goals you choose to share.
- Technical information: hosting and security services may receive IP addresses, browser/device details, requested pages, timestamps and error information when delivering or protecting the site.
Do not email Social Security numbers, account passwords, full account numbers or tax documents. Ask for an appropriate secure process before sharing sensitive records.

Those controls do not change cookies or records already held by external services.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, your request, the service involved and applicable legal or administrative requirements.
